Return / Exchange

To avoid any inconvenience for our valued customers, we use standard PK,US and EUR shoe sizes to help you pick the perfect size.

We offer an exchange in case there is a quality concern or a size issue from the company's end. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges if there is a quality concern or a size issue from the company's end within 15 working days of complaint registration.However,we make the exchange done at our earliest.
In the event of a package being returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to have it returned undamaged. In case of damage, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Local Replacement charges will be Rs. 150/- if a customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect size ordered.
Sale articles will not be exchanged for size or colour. No Returns or Refunds will be entertained for sale items.
